&lt;p&gt;Announcing: #yogaeverydamnday 2.0! Some of you are new to The 2013 Yoga Challenge, many of you have been going strong for almost an entire month. Words can not describe how incredibly proud I am of all of you! I am absolutely loving all of your posts, comments and pictures. Over 2,600 of us connected, practicing yoga every damn day. Amazing. &lt;br/&gt; As you already know the challenge will continue into February, but with a little twist - it’s time for #yogaeverydamndayGOALS ! To keep February interesting I want you to choose a main goal for your yoga practice this coming month. This goal will be your main focus throughout your daily practice, so make it an important one, something that really speaks to you. For instance - do you have a bad back? Make your goal for February’s practice to have less back pain. Are you looking to move deeper into backbends? Make it your goal to improve the way you feel in a heart-opening pose by the end of the month. Want to learn how to move into a handstand? Make that your goal for the month! It can be a pose you want to nail down, it can be pain or tightness you want to get rid of, strength you want to create in certain areas of the body, to sleep better, stress less, improve your self confidence, lose weight… Whatever your heart calls for. Make it ONE goal and zone in on that - it means you’ll have homework to do! Example: is your goal to have less or no back pain? Find out which poses you need to work on and where you need to focus your practice to make this happen over the course of the coming month. Ask your teacher. Use google. Listen to your body. By practicing every day you will feel a huge difference at the end of the month. Let this challenge motivate you to take your practice deeper and to stick to your time on the mat! Remember: you have the support of 2,600 yogis worldwide.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now, to keep you guys extra motivated… Some kick-ass prizes!!! The main prize will be (drumroll please….) —- two VIP Tickets to Envision Festival in Costa Rica March 1-4!!! Yours truly will be there to practice, play and enjoy this amazing yoga/music/art festival with you, a once in a life time weekend full of love and connection. But there is more! Five participants will receive a year mind-body membership ($119 each) with IDEA! IDEA is the world’s largest association for fitness and wellness professionals, and five of you will receive a yoga-specific streaming video package for a year (value of $350 each).&lt;/p&gt;
